Quality management system
(1) : Farms
Our agricultural engineers check the entire cultivation process and no pesticides or chemicals are used to ensure the product is accepted in any local and international market.
The process is carried out under the supervision of the Herbs Land team to ensure that the product is free of bacteria and moisture, taking into account the color of the product in drying, and then supplying the product to the company’s warehouse after its acceptance by the quality engineers.
(2) : Received materials
Ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety is extremely important, especially when dealing with such sensitive products.
That is why we implement an integrated quality management system.
A sample is withdrawn from the product to test all our raw materials for the analysis of pesticides through our accredited laboratories, whether inside or outside Egypt, before reaching the final product.
(3) : Raw Materials
As soon as the product arrives at our factory, it is checked by the quality team and does it accept the company’s sad income or is it rejected.
In the case of acceptance, the quantity is weighed and awaiting analysis in the approved laboratory to ensure that the product is free of any pesticides before disbursing it to the operating unit of the factory.
(4) : Complete Product
The product enters the operating unit with its operating number, and the process for it is carried out in a processing rate of no less than 98% to ensure that it is free of impurities and dust, then it is exported abroad after an examination is carried out by quality engineers in the company under the supervision of the factory manager and a sample is drawn for each container for review.
